Our sandwich rolls are made with small batches of scratch dough, hand formed, and baked fresh twice daily. We grind our own meat and add our own special seasoning blends for the Italian sausage and spicy sausage links. Our signature marinara sauce is right outta Palermo Sicily, made from fresh ingredients slow simmered with Maria Vella’s special blend of seasonings for a rich and slightly sweet flavor. Our pizza sauce is slow simmered with fresh ingredients and special seasonings for a zesty robust flavor. Lilia’s signature green pork chili is made from scratch with fresh ingredients and a special blend of spices. We also make our own ranch, blue cheese, vinaigrette, and honey mustard dressings that are great on salads, sandwiches, and for dipping.
